    A good time. Two thumbs up.

    • Time you attended, and how long you stayed: Afternoon. A couple of hours.
    • Approximate number of guests while you were there: Average 10 to 15
    • Describe the body types, age range, and racial mix: Almost all men of color, good mix of Black/Latin, Asian as well, felt open to all. Ages? From young to much older; I’d say primarily mid-20s to 40ish. Some gym builds, some average Joes, no disappointments.
    • What was the vibe like? Friendly, more laidback in the LR, tending towards more intense in the BR. Important to add I’ve only been at the daytime parties here. There are also evening/late night/overnight events. No idea if those are similar.
    • Was there barebacking going on? Certainly some. Safer sex supplies readily available.
    • Was there PnP? Not that I noticed.
    • Who would you recommend this party to? If you come with an open mind and you’re up for it, you’ll have an awesome time. Can’t predict what your experience there will be like. To a large extent, it’ll be what you make of it.
    • Who would you not recommend this party to? Be aware this isn’t a bar or bathhouse. If you need a huge crowd to enjoy yourself, this might not be your scene. It’s in someone’s private apartment. But he’s done a great job of making his space welcoming. He’s thought of all the details: drinks, food, music, lighting, supplies, etc.
    Summary: I’ve had sex, great sex, every time I’ve been. (And I’m decent looking but no model or gym god.) But times I just wanted to chill, watch porn, take in the scene, that was cool, too. Met some nice guys just for conversation. If it were closer to home, I’d be there more often.
